Vendor Change Watchdog Terms of Service

Last updated: March 24, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Vendor Change Watchdog.

By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Vendor Change Watchdog helps users monitor selected vendor pages, store snapshots, detect changes, and send related notifications.

The service is a review aid. It does not replace legal, compliance, procurement, privacy, or engineering judgment.

Early Product Posture

This is an actively operated product, but it should currently be understood as an early-stage service rather than a fully formalized enterprise platform.

Features, workflows, limits, and operations may continue to evolve.

Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • keeping account credentials confidential
  • using accurate account information
  • activity that occurs under their account

The operator may suspend or deactivate accounts when necessary for abuse prevention, operational protection, or policy enforcement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • violate applicable law
  • interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • use the service for abusive scraping or clearly harmful automation
  • monitor content in a way that violates the rights of others

Monitored Pages and Content

Users are responsible for the pages they add to the service.

The operator is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, or business consequences of third-party vendor pages.

Users are also responsible for making sure their use of monitored content is appropriate for their own legal, contractual, and internal-policy context.

No Warranty

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability
  • perfect change detection
  • perfect classifier accuracy
  • error-free alert delivery
  • suitability for any particular legal or business purpose

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to the Service

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

That may include changing plan limits, feature availability, or operational workflows as the service evolves.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
